What happens if a generation fails?
If the video service clearly reports a failure, the credits are returned automatically. If a result is still uncertain, it is kept for review instead of being charged twice.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credit packs are a one-time payment, not a subscription, and the credits do not expire.
Are my photos and videos private?
